1. Reasonable planning for parking, loading and unloading of the refrigerated vehicle. Before an overhaul, the logistics cold storage builder should provide basic data to facilitate the planning and design of the logistics vehicle area.

2. While changing the configuration, in order to prevent loss of coldness or problems such as severe frost and the temperature not reaching standards because of frequently opening and closing the cold storage door, etc., and if low-temperature goods enter and exit frequently in large quantities, a tally zone should be set up in accordance with business needs and the temperature in the tally zone should generally be controlled within 0~7℃.

3. Appropriate improvements to cold storage doors. The conventional sliding door is not useful in locking cold storage temperature and causes a severe loss in coldness. Logistics cold storage with frequent entries and exits are advised to use electric sliding cold storage doors and electric roller doors and to configure platform height adjustment devices such as lift platforms, etc., to achieve "door-to-door" loading and unloading operations.

4. Modern 3D automated logistics cold storage should have the information management and they should establish a comprehensive computer network system for scientific cold chain logistics distribution management; implement warehouse loading and unloading, warehouse temperature control and other routine operations; provide product name, quantity and product location of low-temperature goods in the cold storage as well as warehouse temperature history, which would greatly reduce management costs and improve logistics cold storage management efficiency.
